Probably.
Each individual school can blacklist what they like on their PCs. As long as they deem it unfit for their pupils. Everything that gets a lot of visits will get checked by their admin sooner or later. And let's be honest here: If you have an account and remove all the filters, you could look at stuff you shouldn't look at while at school. It only takes 'one' idiot to ruin something for everyone.
